Its quite straight forward to make it placeable your self...In giants add a transform, name it clearAreas. As children of clear areas, create 3 more transform groups, named start, height, and width, and place those three nodes at corners of the building. The rest can pretty much be taken care of by copying the xml of one of your other placeable mods, and adjusting the node information to match your new building. Copy the moddesc, and point it to your new .xml file, edit the name descritpion, price etc. to your liking, and throw it all into a new zip. all and all you might have 20 minutes in doing it yourself.
