You have copyrights to the model BEFORE being imported to GE, once it is in GE, your copyright on that copy of said model is therefore null and void due to the Giants terms and conditions that CLEARLY state that once in .I3D format it is then Giants property and therefore fair gain.....and whether you like it or not, from a legal perspective, Sergio is correct...you want to track down the person who uploaded it, which will take months, if not years, and tons of money, and then take it to court which will take even more time and money, just to have the judge throw it out siting the agree'd upon terms when you accepted the terms and conditions? Go right on ahead, just let me know when you do, and I'll try to save you a box from work, as without a doubt, after you piss away all that time and money, it will be the only house you will be able to afford....
