First off I would like to say that the overall look of the truck is nice. The interior is a little nicer than your standard International 4700. But that's not a big thing. People do upgrades to them, so it is plausable to find some of the better features inside.
Now that being said, the one thing I do see is that the 4700 never came as a tandem axle. It was always a single axle due to the weight limits of the 4700. The 4900 did come as a tandem axle.
The 4700 did come with an air brake system for trailers, as it was commonly found in a dump truck configuration with an air brake equipped trailer for hauling smaller equipment. So it is feasable to see one set up to move tractor trailers, and I have seen them modified to be yard trucks for companies. So to see one pull a tractor trailer isn' out of the picture.
Overall nice work on what I'm seeing from this truck
