There is no doubt that reaction time is one of the most overlooked abilities in sports. Response time is simply a measure of how fast an athlete can respond to a stimulus. Running a sprint, returning a serve in tennis, or dodging a punch in boxing are good examples. It's not just good for that. It is essential for everyone to have a fast reaction time, whether it is in sports or everyday life. I'm glad to say, however, that it's a strength that can be enhanced.
