In the official Discord channel, developers Assetto Corsa Evo published a post that the beta version 0.3.3 is disabled and now it is available to everyone as a full-fledged release of this update. But players can’t stand waiting for the release of version 0.4. Speaking at the SRE stage of the recently departed Sim Racing Expo, Marco Massarutto announced the upcoming release of ACE 0.4. The patch should be released at the end of this year. Version 0.5 is expected early next year.

The new version of early access will include 9 new cars and 3 race tracks. Among the cars will be retro-representatives and new generation cars. Also will be the debut track, which was not previously in any part of Assetto Corsa.

Which cars will be featured in the Assetto Corsa Evo 0.4?

This is probably the main event that should be expected from the release of patch 0.4. Most cars will be road type. Includes vehicles such as:

• Ferrari Daytona SP3
• Renault 5 GT Turbo
• Toyota Supra MKIV and its drift version
• BMW M8 Competition
• Mini John Cooper S and version with Honda engine
• Peugeot 205 T16
• BMW M3 (E46) CSL
• Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 RS

The legendary Ferrari F40 LM is expected to be added to the game. It is a racing version of the legendary supercar Ferrari F40, created in the late 1980s specifically to participate in the series IMSA and 24 hours Le Mans. Under the hood she had a refined 2.9-liter twin-turbo engine with a capacity of about 720 l. s., which allowed her to develop a speed of over 370 km/ h. And it should be noted that this is the only racing car from the list of update AC Evo 0.4.

Expected tracks in Assetto Corsa Eov 0.4

As mentioned above, the fourth update will include three new race tracks. If you are interested in ACE news, you probably know that the developers hinted in the latest trailer for update 0.3 that they will add the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife track in the fourth update.

The track is the northern loop of the Nürburgring racetrack in Germany. Built in 1927, it is known as one of the most difficult and dangerous race tracks in the world. The track is often referred to as “Green Hell” for its winding terrain, elevation changes, and numerous difficult turns. Assetto Corsa Evo players are familiar with this track, as it was featured in previous installments of the game. ACE 0.4 will feature the GP configuration as well as a combined 24-hour track.

Next, players will encounter the new Oulton Park track.



It will only be new in ACE, because those who have played Assetto Corsa Competizione are very familiar with it and have probably raced on it more than once. This picturesque race track in Cheshire, UK, opened in 1953 and is known for its high-speed corners and elevation changes. The track is about 4.3 km long and regularly hosts stages of the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and other national series.

The most interesting news is the appearance of a new track called Road Atlanta.

This is a new addition to the entire Assetto Corsa series. The race track in Georgia (USA), opened in 1970 and known for its high-speed descents, blind corners, and technical configuration, is 4.09 km long. It hosts the famous Petit Le Mans race every year, which is part of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship series. Soon, those who have purchased ACE early access will be able to evaluate it for themselves.
