Spoiler: Brutto Lore
Brutto was founded by the Brutto brothers in 1933 in Boston, USA. The company was mostly focused on the production of trucks. As time passed, Brutto was able to also produce smaller cars for the average consumer.
Spoiler: Grander & Myrmidon Lore
During the WW2, the Gavril GPV was very much used and appreciated by the US Army and, later on, after the WW2, by the public. Brutto approached Gavril with a request to produce the GPV under a license in 1951, to which Gavril agreed.
This marked the start of production of the Brutto GPC (General Purpose, Civilian) and laid the foundation of greater cooperation between Brutto and Gavril.
In the period of 1950's-1980's, the GPC experienced different transformations/modifications: GPC1, GPC2, GPC3, GPC4, GC (Grander Civilian), GPC Cania, PCC (Pickup Civilian Cania) and others.
In the early 1980's, Brutto decided it was time to make an official successor to the GPC and later, with some cooperation with Gavril, made the Brutto Grander and the Brutto Myrmidon.
Brutto Grander is a small SUV that has conquered many generations with its simplicity, reliability, off-road ability and relative cheapness.
Brutto Myrmidon, on the other hand, is a medium-sized pickup that can be used in almost every possible situation.
And don't forget about the Brutto M-Series, a small upfit truck built on the Myrmidon platform.
