Description
Civetta Bolide Spyder is a mid-engine supercar designed to give the driver an uncompromising experience of driving a purebred Italian sports car combined with open-air freedom. The model was developed under the unofficial slogan: "More money - more air!", targeting the wealthiest buyers from sunny California and the French Riviera.

Civetta announced the Spyder as a logical expansion of the Bolide lineup for those who wanted to hear the roaring V8 without any barriers. The car was released in 1985 to enthusiastic reception, with critics and owners praising the incredible engine sound right behind the driver's head and the preservation of its razor-sharp handling.
