Fleetwood Bounder 1987 - Breaking Bad mobile home for BeamNG.

Updated the engine/transmission/fuel tank so that the fuel gauge works correctly.
Glass is added to the side mirrors.
Working headlights, brake lights, control lamps.
Working internal indicators.
Added license plate.
Dials have been added to the dashboard and all missing grids and textures have been filled (the dials are displayed, but the pins are not moving yet).
Textures of the dashboard and some other parts have been updated.
Improved appearance of glass and added damaged/broken glass.
A workbench, a sink, gas canisters and a barrel were added to the interior for a more Breaking Bad style (they are added to the grid, but not yet with a separate jbeam, I plan to do it at some point)
Configured jbeam and modernized where necessary.
Moved from Material.cs to Material.json.
Removed the last remaining parts of the dae that were not named, etc.
And, probably, there are still many little things that I can't remember.
