There is now file that works, still if there is problems or car is not showing in the list try to add it in vehicles folder insted of mods folder!
Within the dedicated groups of specific Honda model enthusiast circles, few carry as much pride and bravado as the Prelude family. That feeling seems to flow throughout all five generations of Honda's sporty coupe, but the dedication seemed to come on strong years after the manufacturer ceased production. Plagued by declining sales and the public's fickle interest being pulled toward other, more affordable options, the Prelude saw its final production year come and go. Not that any of that matters to diehards — guys like Big Mike, for example.

cant seem to find the mod in game, any advice?
@me again I tested out the mod and it looks like it was corrupted somehow, now i added new file and update the car, it is still pending and will take max 48 hours for fixed version to update!
@Tope yeah I tried that as that's usually how I drop in my mods in, is it under a "save & load" on a specific car possibly? really wanna try this beauty in game!!
@GLEEEEH Try to add it in vehicles folder insted of mods folder. If that does not work im gonna take a look at the mod if there is something gone broken in it!

@quacks Yes, just started makin mods so automation is very easy for starters like me, i am sorry if there is any problems with mods i am still learning how to do them. Please feel free to report here if there is any issues in the mod so i can fix them later on!
