Get the first free look at what NLR is building. The NLR Police Radar + Scanner Free Hybrid puts a professional directional radar into single-player Free Roam and multiplayer. Its unique NLR Virtual Second Unit turns active AI or locally spawned vehicles into clearly labeled simulated transmitters for single-player scanner testing, then automatically switches to real player transmitters through the included BeamMP relay.

Choose front, rear or both antennas; filter all, same direction or oncoming traffic; adjust a 28–48 degree beam; use automatic or manual road limits; and capture the two fastest vehicles above the limit. The scanner detects active NLR radar beams and displays the source, bearing, proximity and nearest two signals through the included secure server relay.

This focused starter does not include CAD, tickets, the Civilian Database, economy, dealerships or racing. It is the free preview of the connected systems planned for NLR Universal Career RP MP Full.

Server relay included for multiplayer scanner alerts. Single-player virtual emitters are simulations and are labeled in the UI. Scanner detection is limited to this NLR protocol and locally loaded vehicles.
