Suspension needs adjusting in the code. Angle of left and right wheels is different on front and rear. You can't make wheels sit straight on the ground with in game tuning. Mod "Luuks Tyre Thermals and Wear Mod" shows exactly what's wrong with it (arrow on the tire hud shows what part of the wheel touches the ground).
