The dashboard is not just beautiful, but also functional. The control panel is thought out to the smallest detail, and what is especially pleasing - realistic alcantara. Xiaomi SU7 looks quite nice. The car has a pleasant, modern design with smooth lines and stylish headlights. Visually, it is such a Chinese electric car of the future - and, it must be said, it looks convincing. However, compared to the previous mod, the detailing is a bit more modest, but within the framework of free mod it looks quite decent.

Interior

But the interior here causes mixed feelings. On the one hand - there is an idea. On the other hand - the dashboard does not work, and on the screen there is a message “system destroyed”, as if someone really hacked the car. Everything looks rather empty and unfinished, as if the author didn't have time to finish the development. Materials seem to be monotypical, lacking “liveliness” of the interior.

Physics and control

What pleasantly surprises is the control. Although the mod and “medium level”, it drives briskly. The physics is not perfect, but it feels quite adequate. It is interesting to drive the car, especially when you know that this electric car broke the lap record at Nurburgring, overtaking Porsche by 19 seconds. Yes, it is not a joke! From the outside, the Volkswagen ID.4 looks great. It has juicy, natural colors, neat bodywork and cool branded rims. The author of the mod was clearly inspired by the original car, because it turned out almost one in the same. Everything looks neat, smooth, realistic - you just want to put the car in the parking lot at the supermarket and “live” in BeamNG.

Interior

The interior is a real copy of a real salon. There is no feeling that you are in the game. Textures, shapes, materials - everything is in place. The dashboard, multimedia, seats - just top. If you want to feel like you're inside a real electric car, this is the best choice. Such a high-quality interior - a rarity even among paid mods.

Control is soft, predictable and realistic. The car behaves exactly as a real family crossover should behave. Smooth acceleration, good traction, adequate behavior in corners. It can be used for role-playing scenarios - from everyday commuting to quiet travel.

Customization is enough to play around with. There are power options, different styles of rims, colors, dodgers. But, as for a paid mod, there is not enough unusual or unique configurations - it would be cool to see, for example, a version with a roof rack or camper version.

The next entrant is an updated version of the iconic Tesla. It would seem that already by default the mod should be good. But here everything is not so clear. The mod is average in quality, but it has a character. Let's break it down!

Appearance

Visually Tesla Model 3 Facelift looks quite fresh. The author obviously tried to give it a modern and neat look. The lines of the body are even, proportions are correct, lighting equipment is at the level. If you look at the car just from the outside, everything is quite on the level. It is especially pleasant that despite the simplicity of design, it has charm. Some will even say that “Tesla without soul”, but this one has a certain appeal.

Interior

And this is where the problems start. The interior feels like it was rushed to be finished by a deadline. Everything looks plastic, too simplistic. There's no textural variety or detailing. The dashboard is empty, and in general you feel like you're sitting in a toy car. Although, on the other hand, maybe it conveys the spirit of Tesla minimalism...? But in the game, of course, I want something richer.

Physics and steering

Steering is a controversial point. On the one hand, the car drives briskly, you can feel power. On the other hand, ESC system works incorrectly. Even in a comfortable mode brakes behave as if someone pressed a stop-cock, and the car loses traction. It strongly beats on pleasure from driving. But the behavior on a track is predictable in general, and if to turn off all assistants, you can even get pleasure from drifting.

Customization and configurations

There are only three configurations - and all are quite similar. For the mod would like more variety: at least different types of batteries, interior colors or alternative options for dodging. Now it feels that the mod is “basic”, and there is almost no room for fantasy.

Crash test

In collisions the car behaves... tolerably. Not perfect, but not a failure either. Damages are adequate, but not so realistic as we would like. In some places textures are simply broken, not deformed. But if you're not picky - you can play.

Li Xiang L7 is a real surprise among electric mods. It not only looks beautiful, but is literally packed with little things that raise the bar of modding in BeamNG.drive. The car is a delight from the very first launch, and with every minute you want to explore it more and more.

Appearance

The exterior is a real futurism. Elegant lines, cool headlights, massive but stylish body - everything says that in front of us is not just an electric car, but a flagship. Every detail is drawn with love: textures are qualitative, colors are saturated, not a single joint. Special attention deserves “thoroughbred” silhouette, reminding at the same time an SUV and a luxury sedan.

Interior

The interior is just a fairy tale. This is one of the most elaborate salons among all the mods that I have seen. A huge number of buttons (all in Chinese, of course), luxury materials, dynamics, ambient lighting, neat panels - everything is in its place. The coolest thing is automatic thresholds, which extend when you open the doors. And yes, to open the trunk, first you need to unlock the car from inside! The level of detail is simply cosmic.

Physics and handling

The car rides smoothly, powerfully and with a sense of weight. The steering remains responsive and Li Xiang feels solid in corners. It's nice to feel that the mod's developers put effort not only into the appearance, but also into the car's behavior on the road. It doesn't just drive - it floats on the asphalt.

Customization and configurations

Although there are few configurations, all of them are made with intelligence. There is a basic version, there is a sporty dodger, there is a tuning variant. It seems to be not much, but taking into account the quality of performance - enough with a head. Interior, materials, aerodynamics - everything works for the image, not for the sake of quantity.

Crash-test

Here is a real joy. In accidents, the car behaves very realistically. Parts fly off, glass is broken, textures are not stretched. The detailing of damage is at a high level. You can directly feel the pain of the collision - in a good way 😄
