Remake of the Skoda Octavia 1U mod for BeamNG.

What's new:
– New engines: "1.8 20v" and "1.9 PD TDI" with improved sound (similar to my MKIV Golf mod)
– Adjustable turbo boost, allowing significant power increase and tuning of engine/whistle sound (for 1.8 and TDI engines)
– Adjustable ECU "Skyvecs" (1.8 and TDI engines)
– Chargeflow radiator for better cooling at high power
– TDI option for exhaust system and muffler to prevent engine fires
– Wheels are now unlocked* — install 5-lug hubs (most configs updated, some may still appear without wheels; just change front hubs and rear main suspension to "unlocked" versions and apply wheels of your choice. To use wheels on other cars, look for "Skoda 16x7/17x7…" rims)
– Adjustable suspension (vRS adjustable struts / rear springs for proper lowering)
– Greater offset tolerance for wider wheels without hitting the body; requires unlocked main suspension (front and rear)
– 2 new configs demonstrating my additions: SCD20vOctavia and SCD Octavia

REMAKE v3.0 update:
– Minor update adding more muffler options, some changing exhaust sound
