Well, I went to the "repository" typed: shiftlogic and downloaded everything I found there, there were 3 files in total. And now it's working XD XD
Any news or updates on this mod?The problem is still the same - after adding a vehicle it acts like it has no engine and pops up the "damaged or outdated mod" error If I select an engine in the vehicle configuration - for example 0.8 daimler-benz ... etc. then I hear the engine sound and it responds to the command to go forward - but the car still doesn't move. Because the gearbox is selected: empty. But if I select any gearbox, we are back to square one - the car doesn't move and there is no engine sound - nothing happens. Any ideas, or a file I could replace in the directory to replace the corrupted one?

Hey I leaked this mod and you got it from wesupply. cool. annyways, this mod requires the updated shiftlogic transmissions from the repo.
thats why its not working.

@Keez well the tranny isnt the only problem the files arent good for some people
SORRY ANYBODY WHO HAS ISSUES WITH THIS MOD. THE FILES ARE UNSTABLE, IT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR SOME AND NOT WITH VARYING ISSUES FOR OTHERS. I WILL TRY AND FIX ALL ISSUES THEN WILL RELEASE A UPDATED VERSION.

the car is broken- says corrupted files or outdated files :/
@amgalpina ofc they dont have a direct takedown feature of a mod dang it. i will just update this and it will be pending for release for a while

@amgalpina i assure you its not outdated but since some people are having issues because jts prolly a unstable file im prolly going to take this down try and fix any issues and then re upload :)

edit: transmission is missing and when added it breaks the car
@tycemediaig yes, if you could then please share the car file from your game folder.
Thats a problem... sheesh that isnt a problem for me or my friends. I dont really know what to do to fix it besides maybe giving u the file directly from my game folder because mine works and we can see if that works? The lfa had a similar issue (wouldnt go into gear) so try this because this fixed it but idk if itl help with the smart car but its worth a try: spawn any car config-> go to vehicle config->save and load-> and save a config from there(certain configs may be the only ones that worked thats how it was with the lfa)
