Description
BeamNG tells you the engine's broken and the axle snapped. This tells you what happened to the person inside.
After a crash you get a list of actual injuries — "Skull fractured", "You broke several ribs", "Internal bleeding" — with a body figure showing where you were hurt and your chance of surviving.

How it works:
The mod reads the acceleration your car experiences during a crash, at the game's full physics rate of 2000 samples per second, and runs it through published crash-test research — the same kind used to give real cars their safety ratings.
Features:
- Named injuries by body region, with severity and probability
- Body figure colour-coded by injury severity
- Survival chance, and a plain-language verdict
- Seatbelt toggle: belted with airbag, belted only, or unbelted
- Realistic mode: blackouts, blurred vision, muffled hearing and tinnitus, degraded vehicle control, and bleeding out over time
- Med kit — one per life, stops bleeding but doesn't mend bones
- Multi-impact crashes are reported per impact, in order
Limitations:
- Survival percentage is an estimate. Real survival depends on factors no simulation can see.
Installation Instructions
Install the zip, then add the app: pause menu → HUD Apps → edit your layout → add "Crash Injury" and drag it where you want it.
Realistic mode is off by default. Turn it on with the toggle in the app.
