Fairhaven Map Port (Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2012) — a massive 72 km² open-world city map featuring downtown areas, interstate loops, construction zones, residential and commercial districts, and much more. This port also includes content from the Terminal Velocity Pack DLC. All assets were transferred with their original settings and fully optimized for BeamNG. Materials were reworked into PBR, and textures were optimized to ensure smooth performance even on GPUs with 3 GB VRAM (e.g., GTX 780).
