A 256 km² map created from scratch using real desert elevation data around Laguna Salada in Baja California, Mexico. This is the Short Lap version. The race lap is based on real race tracks in the area. One lap is 33+ miles in length. The terrain is scaled to 75% of the actual size due to game engine limitations. A long course version is planned for the near future (will be 50+ miles).
