Land of Sands / Sandia - A huge deserted place with the size of exactly 274,877.9 sq KM. It's bigger than Western Sahara, Romania, South and North Koreas, Japanese main island "Honchu", Iceland, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and a ton of other islands and countries smaller than any of them. Oh, and it's hot too.

Land of Sands, also known by its country name, Sandia, is a rather big place sitting on a high temperature climate. It's mostly known for being a mix-up of Great Britain, Italy, and a bit of USA, as Sandia is considered to be a union between those three. Which is why the traffic is commonly filled with cars from both the European markets and American markets.

Due to it's long stretches of mostly straight roads, street racers love to push their cars to the limits, although due to the temperatures, many saw boiling coolant fluids, smoking from everywhere, and in some cases even fire. Super cars are considered to be a stupid idea in this place, as even the most powerful ones with poweful radiators could not handle the heat. Although still there's plenty of races being hosted, either on a specially built race tracks, or on the streets.

It's mostly occupied on the south west side of the map, although theres a small village placed in the center of the map. To get to it however, you have to use an offroader, and a compass or GPS. The rest of the map is empty, opening a challenge of racing to the other side of the map.

Now to the real details.

Despite the map's enormous size, the map runs extremely smoothly on any PC that can run BeamNG at 20 FPS minimum. This is all due to the fact the map uses less objects than any bigger vanilla map out there. It also has less forest objects, which also ads up to the great perfomance.

This makes it a perfect map of choice for not just the single-player session, but also for BeamMP servers (local, private, or public). It's also a perfect place for plane mods to be tested on, although the airport runaways are a bit rough and hard to land on.

In general, you can do anything you want here. Trucking, cruising, fuckin' around with friends online, and more.

I am aware of the fact there are reuploads of this mod on this website, however i didn't pay attention to it until i was notified one time about this mod being distributed for a paid amount of price without my consent, or my credit (here's the culprit by the way - https://www.modland.net/beamng.drive-mods/maps/the-huge-v2-300000-sq-km-2025.html ).

This was a final straw that made me to create a Modland account.

I am not kind to the fact someone made a page for a mod that i made only for them to upload it on Patreon for a paid amount and essentually painting it as their work. This is a big problem of not just this website but others as well, hell, even BeamNG's website has seen stuff like that, although moderators there are quick enough to remove those things.

I am going to be posting mod pages here that would link up to the official page from which you can download the mod and have an option to leave a feedback on it. I might read some here, but i mostly reply on BeamNG forums.

And no, i do not earn from my mods, and never will. If you feel you want to pay for my work, sorry pal, i can't provide such things.
