What's been done:
- Added more lighting around the shops in the city
- New gas station behind the police and fire stations
- New police impound lot
- New store under construction
- Reverse access via electric vehicle charging stations
- Adjusted speed bumps and added signs
- Many other small changes.
In version 0.5.4:
- Added a pier on Sunset Island
- Added roadside parking
- Added parking spaces and clutter around the island
- Added a small bridge for a pigeon to cross for supplies for the lighthouse
- Added a distribution yard
- Added houses on the coast
- Added a prison at a military base
- Added fencing and lighting at Drift Mountain
