– 200+ km (125 miles) of diverse roads, including numerous highways stretching across the map
– Wide winding river with a dam at the source
– Large airport with a 2.1 km (1.3 mi) runway, suitable for all current aircraft mods, including the An-12
– Various structures and landmarks — wind turbines, radio towers, water towers, and factories
– City and smaller settlements scattered throughout
– Extensive dirt roads for off-road exploration
– Rail loop (unfinished; trains may derail on curves)

Additional notes:
– AI traffic supported, though issues may occur, especially at intersections
– Performance warning: due to its size and complexity, the map may not run smoothly on all computers
– Lighting set for daytime only; other lighting conditions not fully optimized
