A large, highly varied, yet realistic map featuring nearly everything you could wish for.
The main focus is the Xero Speedring race track with 5 unique layouts (Full, Grand Prix, Short, Full Classic, Short Classic). Built in the 1980s after the closure of a local airport, the land was cheaply repurposed for racing. As a result, the track includes several long straights and some street-style sections near the warehouses in the far corner.

The map features:
— 62 missions, including several "career" types — from time trials and car chases to collectible hunts, AI races, and everything in between;
— The main circuit is 3.17 miles long and takes about two and a half minutes to complete in a GTIV-spec K car;
— Massive sand dunes in the south along the ocean, with huge jumps between dunes. Northeast of the open dunes are forested dunes similar to the Oregon coast, featuring 50–100 winding trails through trees;
— 5 smaller racing circuits scattered throughout the Xero Parklands Motorsport Campus where AI can drive both in missions and free roam;
— A main drift circuit plus 3 more drift zones, 2 driving schools, and a mountain drift area;
— Off-roading areas for slower, more technical driving. Two trail routes exist: one crossing two mountains and another that climbs a steep hill toward a lookout tower. There's also a dedicated off-road park with RC Crawler-style obstacles like a log bridge and stair climb. Don’t miss the giant mud pit either — up to 6 feet deep in spots.

— Gravel rally roads;
— A climbable mountain;
— A highway and paved loop road circling the map;
— A town and surrounding areas;
— Rally school with asphalt and dirt tracks;
— Driving school with autocross and road courses;
— Several hidden Easter eggs;
— 1/8-mile drag strip;
— 2 “player houses” where you can hang out and customize your cars;
— 3 gas stations (non-functional for now);
— Loads of AI configurations used in various missions and races.
