– The track was built in the 1980s after a local airport closed, freeing up land that was cheaply purchased
– Several long straights combined with street-style sections near warehouses in the far corner

Map features:
– 62 missions, including multiple “careers”: time trials, car chases, collection runs, AI races, and various challenges
– Main race track length: 3.17 miles, roughly 2.5 minutes lap time in GTIV K-spec
– Massive sand dunes on the southern ocean coast, featuring huge jumps dune-to-dune
– Forested dunes northeast of large open dunes, with 50–100 winding trails among trees, resembling Oregon’s coastline
– 5 smaller racing circuits around Xero Parklands Motorsport Campus, all supporting AI for missions and free roam
– Drift track plus 3 additional drift zones, 2 driving schools, and a drift hill
– Off-road areas including two trial trails—one crossing two mountains corner to corner, another climbing a steep hill with a lookout tower
– Full off-road park on the racing track area with RC Crawler-style obstacles (log bridge, stair climb)
– Huge mud bog with very deep mud pits up to 6 feet in multiple spots
