Xero Parklands — a vast and highly diverse map for BeamNG, offering virtually everything a driving enthusiast could wish for. The centerpiece of the map is the Xero Speedring racing circuit, which comes in five different layouts (Full, Grand Prix, Short, Classic Full, Classic Short), originally built in the 1980s after a local airport closure freed up land, resulting in long straights and street-style elements near distant warehouses. The map combines realistic environments with a wide range of activities, making it perfect for racing, exploration, and off-road challenges.

Main features:
– 62 missions, including career-style events ranging from time trials and police chases to collection runs, AI races, and everything in between
– Xero Speedring racing circuit: 3.17 miles long, taking approximately two and a half minutes to complete in GTIV K-spec cars
– Sand dunes: massive dunes along the southern coastline with giant jumps; wooded dunes to the northeast feature 50–100 winding trails reminiscent of Oregon’s coast
– Five smaller racing tracks, scattered around the Xero Parklands Motorsport Campus, supporting AI traffic for both missions and free driving
– Drift facilities: a main drift track plus three additional drift zones, two driving schools, and a dedicated drift hill
– Off-road areas:
– Two trial trails for relaxed off-road driving, one crossing the map through two different mountains and another climbing a steep hill to a watchtower
– A full off-road park on the racing circuit with RC Crawler-style obstacles, including log bridges and stair climbs
– A massive mud pit with extremely deep sections, up to 6 feet in some areas

– Sawmill with an improvised racing track inside
– Pier and shipyard areas
– Gravel roads suitable for rally events
– A full mountain for climbing and exploration
– Highways and two-lane paved roads encircling the map
– City and surrounding areas for urban driving

– Two player houses for downtime and car modification
– Three gas stations (currently non-functional)

Version 5.30 (21.12.25) updates:
– Fixed incorrect resources from WCUSA
– Repaired additional broken textures
– Updated all AI races to use the new starting position system
– Rally stages updated according to current notes (may still have minor issues)
