Xero Parklands — a vast and highly diverse map for BeamNG.drive, offering an incredibly realistic environment with nearly everything a motorsport or open-world enthusiast could desire. The map focuses on the Xero Speedring racing circuit, which includes five unique layouts (Full, Grand Prix, Short, Full Classic, Short Classic), providing a rich variety of racing experiences. Originally built in the 1980s on land freed after a local airport closure, the track features long straights alongside urban-style sections near warehouses, combining high-speed and technical driving challenges.

Main features:
– 62 missions, ranging from career-style events, time trials, AI races, vehicle pursuits, collection tasks, and everything in between
– Xero Speedring racing circuit, 3.17 miles long, with lap times around 2.5 minutes in GTIV K-spec vehicles
– Sand dunes, located along the southern coastline, featuring massive jumps from dune to dune; to the northeast, forested dunes reminiscent of the Oregon coast, with 50–100 winding trails through the trees
– Five smaller race tracks, scattered around the Xero Parklands Motorsport Campus, supporting both AI-driven missions and free driving
– Drift zones, including a dedicated drift track, three additional drift areas, two driving schools, and a mountain drift area
– Off-road trails, with two main trial paths: one crossing two different mountains diagonally, and another climbing a steep hill leading to a watchtower; includes a fully-featured off-road park with RC Crawler-style obstacles such as log bridges, stair climbs, and a massive mud pit with holes up to 6 feet deep
