BeamNG mod manager(works with all versions) V2
Updates
This update fixes an issue where occasionally the enabled column was not sorting by date/time you enabled the mods.
This is a very simple mod manager which helps quickly and more easily organize your active mods and keep track of when you enabled them incase they cause errors.
I plan to add more features in the future should requests be made. Currently this is only for windows PCs. I have only tested this on windows 11. If you have any issues or recommendations please comment and I will do my best.
To date the program includes:
- Time/Date logging of when mods are enabled so you may more easily track troubled mods causing errors.
- Default dark mode(will add toggle in the future for light mode if it is requested).
- Search function.
- Allowing multiple mods to be clicked at once.
A readme is included. But all you need to do is:
- Unzip
- Run the .exe
- Optionally you may make a shortcut to the .exe
You may or may not need to disable antivirus or set it to exclude the folder.
This is not a 'signed' program(which only means I do not pay for a license, it is not a virus feel free to check). Many anti virus flag this and the fact that it moves files(it is a mod manager afterall).

it says failed to move mods, from downloads to mods, why?
@ees Did it just randomly stop working? Try with the game closed, confirm no duplicates
Why would we download this super sketchy mod manager that's most likely a Virus/ RAT when BeamNG has it's own mod manager thats super simple and works perfectly?
@d1 gooner whats wrong with that? everyone uses virustotal...
@No Texture imagine using virustotal 😒
@kyxyzzyyes nearly every program does but that doesn't mean that a exe file can be a virus. even trusted sources from before were exposed to have viruses. but if you know what your doing you can be safe. but alr
@No Texture You can use absolutely any virus checker and it will prove there are no viruses lol. I don't understand how an exe is sketchy, considering nearly every program ever includes one. And the built in mod manager doesn't match the level of mine or simplicity, nor providing details without combing a log. But atlas I don't care if you download or not.
I do however prefer that ignorant individuals who do not understand coding or even basic virus checks don't spread rumors without facts. Again just as the description here and github says, "You may or may not need to disable antivirus or set it to exclude the folder.".
with this mod its gonna be useful when you have bunch of mods and dont wanna waste time loading into beammp
@serazar does style matter in this case?
@serazar id download it because when i try to play beammp with 600 mods enabled it takes a very very very very very very very long time to load the server so instead i would create a file and store all my mods there so ill have no mods when i play beammp without any loading issue.
@kyxyzzy virus total will sometimes flag a file as safe, even though its not. its happend to me many times before, and considering a comment says "The info on github says to disable a antivirus" and "it Has .exe extension" is sketchy but yes even though it probably is safe. as serazar said, im not downloading this because it looks useless
@kyxyzzy I said it probably is, I'm not downloading it either way because it's absolutely useless lmao, It's beam's exact mod manager in a basic windows 95 looking GUI format
@serazar Because it isn't a virus and this is more useful. Use virustotal and confirm your ignorance.
The info on github says to disable a antivirus which means it's virus. And also why would i not take file from the folder? Because it Has .exe extension that Has malicious code. How tf it go though?
@It's virus liar stfu
@It's virus Incorrect. This is NOT a virus. Anything that is not signed, meaning a paid licensed company such as microsoft will have issues with false positives. Considering you know what github is I would hope you know this. Further many antivirus false flag this as it moves files(it is a mod manager). Please check it for viruses before spreading false information. The reason I recommend disabling the antivirus is to prevent issues like this. This is a free program I made to help my husband who plays beam and decided to be nice and upload, not a virus or anything nefarious.
The reason why you do not remove the exe, is because there is a file structure. Without the files in that folder, it will not run(unless you routinely program C++, but I see that is not your case, and that is fine). Exe are not virus by the way. There are likely over 50 thousand on your machine, right this very moment :)
