Inventory Bar UI App
Adds an interactive inventory bar to the bottom of the screen in BeamNG.drive.

Interface: Smoothly expanding panel with 6 slots for items such as jerry cans, IDs, driver's licenses, or vehicle keys.

Context Menu: Right-click any slot to drop items or interact with them.

Interactive Actions: Specific items like jerry cans unlock custom mechanics, such as refueling nearby vehicles in real-time.

Tooltips & Info: Hover over slots to view item names, details, item values, and fill levels.
