0.20, the most recent major update to the game (as of this listing), has changed many of the tires. While some remain unchanged, others have been modified to the point where certain mods and configurations spawn without tires in 0.20.
This add-on attempts to address the issue to ensure that mods and configurations made prior to 0.20 that supports universal wheels and tires spawn properly in 0.20 and later. I did the hard work of comparing what tires were changed between versions 0.19 and 0.20; the 0.19 tires are separate from the 0.20 ones.
Now you might be asking, what's the point of this add-on if I could swap the tires myself? In some cases, certain wheels made in 0.19 and earlier might not fit with the 0.20 tires, so if you are struggling to find the right tires in 0.20, or if you missed certain 0.19 tires in 0.20, then this mod may be for you.
Here's an example, using the ETK S-Series by NinetyNine. It is one of many mods that spawn without tires in 0.20 (Picture 1)
With the add-on installed, it spawns correctly and properly, tires and all (Picture 2)
How to Install:
Download the .zip file and drop it into the mods folder like every other mod. And that's all you need to do; there's no need to change anything inside any mod's contents. Run the game and you should be good to go.
Disclaimer:
This mod is provided as-is. While I have double checked every single one of them via internal names to avoid as many conflicts as possible, there's still a small chance that something might conflict with the 0.20 tires. Use at your own discretion.
