Description
EBM created a new mod for Russian license plates based on the new Skia plate system.
Features
- 10 plate types: Transit, Taxi, Regular, Police, Police (Deep Blue), Military, Diplomatic, and versions without flags
- Commands to change plate appearance:
- !1 - plate elements become bolder
- !2 - on the new transit plate style, the yellow square in the region area becomes white
- !DIRT - makes the plate dirty
- !WET - adds a visual droplet effect to the plate
- !DEBUG - highlights plate elements
New plate types will be added as needed.
