Give your vanilla BeamNG vehicles rear-wheel steering with three switchable modes:
- Off: rear wheels return to their normal alignment.
- Rear Steer: rear wheels turn opposite the fronts for tighter turns.
- Crab: rear wheels follow the measured front-wheel angles on the same side.
Press Alt + R to cycle between modes. Strength defaults to 100%, giving matching front and rear angles in Crab mode. Lower the strength for a partial match - 50% gives half the front-wheel angle.
Features adjustable strength, smooth transitions, adjustable response speed and rebindable controls. Works directly with stock vehicles, with no special parts required.
Rear-angle matching settles over time and can vary briefly as the suspension moves. Compatibility may vary with modified suspension setups.
