Adds a functional DCT shifter for the Vivace that displays the correct gear when shifting.
Features
- Shows the current selected gear.
- Works with high and low beam controls.

As the Vivace's interior is modeled after a Peugeot 208/2008, having a BMW shifter looks out of place.
Put the Peugeot shifter instead.
This looks more like the BMW shifter.
This should be in an ETK instead.
Put the Peugeot shifter instead to a Cherrier.
