If you are tired of generic engine sounds and want to experience the true, legendary "Diesel-Nageln" (diesel clatter) of the classic Mercedes-Benz naturally aspirated diesel engines, this mod is for you! This pack replaces authentic, high-quality audio recordings captured from real-world cars of youtube, featuring the iconic idle and running sounds of the famous OM615-617 engine family.

🛠️ Compatibility & Installation

Requirements: This is a sound pack only. You need a pre-existing Mercedes-Benz W123 car mod installed in your game.
How to install:
Download the ZIP file.
Drop the ZIP directly into your BeamNG.drive mods folder (C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\current or your custom userpath).
Clear your cache if the sounds do not apply immediately or if already ingame press CTRL+R.
Select the corresponding engine (OM615 [200D], OM616 [240D], or OM617 [300D] in the vehicle configuration menu to enjoy the new sounds!
