Cherrier Percheron S1200 R

A race truck version of the Percheron, built on the numbers of real European race trucks, minus the speed limiter. The S1200 R is a tuning pack featuring race-spec parts for the stock Percheron, all using 100% original BeamNG 3D models.

Features
- Engine: 12.8L diesel, ~1,180 hp and ~5,000 Nm at 58 psi of boost
- Gearbox: 12-speed sequential with close ratios, up to 224 km/h
- Chassis: S cab, 4x2, ~7.2 t, fifth wheel kept like the real racers
- Tyres: Slicks, 385/55R22.5 at the front, 315/70R22.5 duals at the rear
- Suspension: Lowered air springs (4 cm) and stiffened, front and rear anti-roll bars
- Brakes: Water-cooled race discs with race pads
- Cockpit: Sequential shifter on a metal floor stand, quick ratio steering
- Look: Bumblebee Yellow, black accents, skirt kit, roof aerial

Tuning Options
- Engine: Boost (30-65 psi) and rev limit
- Gearbox: All 12 ratios
- Differential: Pre-load, power lock, coast lock
- Suspension: Ride height, springs, dampers, anti-roll bars, cab stiffness and steering ratio


Pro tips
- Driving: Brake to load the nose, then feed the throttle to bring the rear around.
- Balance: If the rear is too loose, stiffen the front anti-roll bar or soften the rear one. Do the opposite if it pushes wide.
- Ride height: The front is at its limit at -4 cm. If it bottoms out, stiffen the front air springs instead.
- Power: 65 psi gives ~1,290 hp. Great on the straights, a handful in the low gears.
- Steering wheel users: Turn on the 1:1 steering angle option.

Installation Instructions
BeamNG.drive 0.40 or newer. No other mod required.
Manual install: drop the zip, still zipped, into %LOCALAPPDATA%\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\current\mods

Every part uses the stock slots, so you can mix them into your own Percheron builds. The slicks fit the 22.5x11.75 front and 22.5x9 rear rims, and the race front air springs need the front air suspension.
