This is an ongoing project with the goal of creating the fastest car ever, specifically optimized for track performance. This initial release is Stage 1, which is meant to be in the realm of plausibility, though it can still tear itself apart at extreme speeds.
Features
- Turbo shaft engine used for generating electricity with an unrealistic afterburner (Default key: P).
- 4 hub motors powered by supercapacitors with automatic throttle winding to prevent power depletion.
- Suction fans on the rear with cycleable power (Default key: Y).
- Virtual H.U.D. option for the canopy.
- Countersteering fins connected to the hubs to assist the steering rack via drag.
- Throttle limiting based on tyre expansion (tunable setting).
- Debugging tools accessible in the tuning menu.
- Mode decoupled suspension system.
Future plans include:
- Thruster assisted cornering
- Aero based stability control
- Pedals
- Thruster assisted wheel expansion constraints
- Vehicle movement via game engine instead of physics
