This mod seems to break the Gavril D series lights.

This mod looked promising, especially with multiple good reviews. I was specifically interested in the claim: "Multiple engine options (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L) with realistic torque curves and transmission behavior."

The truck models themselves look good, and the crash physics are also pretty solid. Unfortunately, there were some significant drawbacks.

1. The diesel trucks spawn with a gas engine.The diesel configurations spawn with a gasoline engine installed, causing them to be unable to run unless you manually modify the configuration.

2. None of the trucks spawn with the stock Chevrolet wheels shown in the thumbnails.Instead, they spawn with the default 15-inch black steel wheels.

3. Every gas-powered truck uses stock Gavril engines and drivelines.The gas trucks are using the stock Gavril 4.5L V8 rather than the advertised Chevrolet-style 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, and 6.2L engine options. This was particularly disappointing because the advertised realistic engine options and torque curves were one of the main reasons I downloaded the mod.

4. Some of the interiors are not well put together.In certain trucks, the entire dashboard area is extremely bouncy. The movement is severe enough that it seems to interact with the truck's suspension, and you can actually feel it through controller vibration while driving.

Final comments: Some of these problems could possibly be fixed by changing which engines spawn in the diesel trucks and creating custom engines with power outputs closer to their real-world counterparts. However, with 50+ configurations, that's a lot of work for the average player who just wants to download and enjoy the mod.

Conclusion: I don't necessarily want to call this a bad mod because it's possible that the version I downloaded is incomplete. The models look good, the crash physics are solid, and there is definitely potential here. This could be a great mod if it were complete and the features advertised in the description were actually present.

Feel free to try it out for yourself, but I was unfortunately let down by it.

Pretty well detailed mod. It also doesn't run like **** compared to other mods I've found. Really good for a free mod.

back again, im pretty sure i commented on the wrong mod, because this might be stolen, but the one i have is pretty good!!!

One damn good mod, also very compatible with plenty of different parts mods and wont look ugly doing so! highly recommend if you're into making some clean setups

does this require a wheel pack? because I spawn in any configuration and the wheels arent what shows in the vehicle selector pictures

This is really nice it has a good interior and really good crash model and many configs the only issue is that some configs spawn with no fuel tank
