Flatbed Trailer (35 & 50 ft) — versatile, all-metal trailer mod with multiple lengths, widths, and axle configurations for realistic vehicle transport.

Specifications & Features:
– Lengths: 35 ft and 50 ft
– Platform widths: 96 in and 102 in
– Axle configurations: single, tandem (single/double tires), tridem
– Suspension: leaf springs with balance beams for tandem/tridem axles; no shock absorbers
– Payload capacity: ~2.5 to 6.6+ tons, with unique VIN plate for each configuration
– Wheels: custom 16x6 modular steel wheels, zero offset for singles, 5.35 in offset for duals; 4 finishes available with custom tires

Ramps:
– Two 9-ft aluminum ramps at the rear, manually operated
– Steps for ramp operation:
– Trailer parked on level surface
– Ramps unlocked via release hook
– Hold ramps in free cam or walk mode and align under each deck
– Left ramp attaches only to left deck, right ramp to right deck
– Trigger ramps to attach; push until click if necessary
– Ramps can slide left/right to align with loaded vehicle
– Unload by reversing the steps, retracting and storing ramps inside the deck
– Lock triggers to secure ramps
