v0.39 Hot Fix: Fixed a game crashing issue that occurred post v0.39 by re-exporting the DAE files and updating jbeam files.

Description
The ethos of the "Vanilla+ Wheel Pack" is to expand and improve upon the wheel offerings in the vanilla game, with recolors and resizes. All wheels in this mod are designated with an asterisk (*) at the end of their name in the parts menu to mark them as non-vanilla, so you can easily keep track of what is modded and what is not.

- C70 Deep Variant Downsize: Downsized from 19x12 to 18x9, 18x10, and 18x11 sizes, available in both colorable and silver versions.
- Silver ET73: Available in all vanilla sizes (16x8, 17x8, 17x9, 18x8, 18x9, 18x10), as well as resized 19x9 and 19x10 upsizes.
