This mod removes the stupid loading screens with CCD 2.0 ads and brings back the old ones.
If I find any more mentions of this game, I’ll remove them and release an updated mod.
Mod installation: Copy the export folder from the FCCD2.0 archive to the game folder (Steam version: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\City Car Driving)
