if u don' like the mods then don' use um and don' complain its that simple

Tried them there JUNK! An yet he locks the down. He just don' want people to iprove on them and make better.

I can tell you for a fact that mods that Winston releases are safe. I have downloaded most of them, and this will make all of them. His mods are clean. He locks them to keep people from doing unauthorized edits, and taking the credits for his work.

Now, I understand Venom 85, but before putting any file on my pc check it and I have to be sure what I download, if hidden files do not download ... not to be trusted who hide things ... I've never seen anything same...

ERPILAS; Winston like to lock and hide his stuff so people cant edit or improve on his work. It can be unlocked but takes ALOT of work.

You'll have to work on this mod . Studio mods winston9587 encrypted files xml and i3d. Check out all the suspicious files in the folder mode. Try to open these files with program Notepad ++. Do not move this files from the folders in which they are located . Check in the way in xml file and file moddesk in which that i3d and xml are registered/ Then the game could see them.

good, it is a good mods ... but lack the i3d and XML .... is not found on the road at all ....
