The "Farmstead Frontier" mod is a map extension for Farming Simulator 22. This expansion takes users to a frontier-themed farmstead with rustic sensibilities and vintage aesthetics to truly encapsulate the harder, grittier days of farming. It is a fictional space but grounded in realism, showcasing familiar antique farm equipment and structures. The map is vast, boasting a lot of open fields for extensive farming, vast stretches of uncultivated forest, and rolling hills for added topographic intrigue. A slow-running river weaves its way around the map, offering opportunities for irrigation and fishing. There are several old farmhouses and barns scattered throughout the map, which users can use for shelter and storage. It further offers challenges such as harsh weather conditions and limited resources that make farming exhilarating. The map is suitable for both single players and multiplayer game modes.
