The Elm Creek Edit By Stevie has just been updated and it does require a new game save.
The map economy has been updated to work with my new productions pack 1, The 4 aux farms are now removeable, the garage at the farm is now removed in start from scratch and farm manager, Farm Silo has been adjusted, Xmls changed, terrain adjusted in certain fields and more.

479 MB map edit? is insane. been better off creating a new map. good luck with it. i keep my edits down to about 180 to 200 MB..but thats just me.
