Seasonal Cycles In Farming Simulator 22
We are touching on a subject here that has been highly anticipated for a big part of our community for a long time. In terms of gameplay, fs22 seasonal cycles will offer a big change to the original experience. There isn’t a lot of concrete information regarding the actual functionality of this feature yet, but we do know something for sure. The devs have recently stated on more than one occasion that their implementation will be different from what we have seen so far in the game by applying mods to modify seasons. That could mean a lot since this piece of information alone is not enough for us to for a clear picture as to how the system will work in-game when it is released. We do know that it will probably change gameplay quite a lot, we speculate that the changes will be significant because it would not make sense for them to add this after such a long wait if it was simply a cosmetic addition.
Seasons have been a target of the development team for a long time now, they have been tested internally for years, and the fact that they are now taking the plunge and announcing it to the world means to us that they are quite confident in the work they are doing and the positive effect that it will have on our gameplay experience once the new version of the game is released. We are very excited about this particular feature, the mods out there are quite good, but they cannot match the results that a fully integrated solution would achieve. We have come to expect great things from this dev team, so that gives us hope that they will deliver. We just need to wait another season to find out, sit tight!
