Vehicle Configuration Payment Fix corrects missing configuration charges for already-owned vehicles in multiplayer.
Features:
- Server-authoritative correction supporting multiplayer games with multiple farms.
- Deducts only the missing amount from the farm that owns the vehicle if the base game did not charge the full amount.
- No charges are created when opening or cancelling the configuration screen.
- Does not affect vehicle performance, power, physics, capacity, or visual parts.
- Does not change previously purchased configurations, initial vehicle purchases, repairs, or repainting.
