How to Use the Train in FS25 to Maximize Profits
With the FS25 train, you can sell huge volumes of crops and products at maximum profit. It can transport your goods to an external trading point — Goldcrest Valley, where prices are usually higher than at local collection points.
The train can transport hundreds of thousands of liters of products at once and saves you from dozens of trips across the map. Therefore, if you have a lot of products and don't want to make multiple trips back and forth to take them to market, it's better to use the train!
How to find and rent a train
The railway is marked with a black line on the map.
At its ends are the terminal stations where the train goes. They are marked with the corresponding icon.
To rent a train, go to the nearest train rental point (the train icon with a plus sign) and press the rental key (R on a PC).
The system will indicate how far away the train is. Even if the distance increases at first, don't be alarmed. The train is just making a circle and will soon appear next to you.
The train rental price is $1,000 per hour of real time. But since you only use the train for 5-10 minutes, the total amount is minimal.
How to load products onto a train

You can load products onto the train in bulk and pallets. You can use this transport to carry grain, spinach, potatoes, and other crops. It can also carry any products that fit on pallets — eggs, bread, boards, honey, and much more.
It is best to use a stationary elevator to load grain.
After unloading the harvest from the trailer into the elevator, you simply open the desired train car, drive up to the loading point, and press the “Load” button. One car can hold 90,000 to 120,000 liters, and the entire train can hold up to half a million liters.
Use a loader to load pallets onto the train. Also, after loading, be sure to secure the cargo with the R or L keys (you may have other combinations) so that it does not fall off when the train is moving.
The train also handles logs well. They are transported on an open platform. But loading them will be a little more difficult; you will need a special loader for logging, which can be found in the store.
Where and how to send the train
After loading, the train can be controlled manually, like regular transport.
By turning on cruise control, you can drive it to the end of the railroad. When the train reaches the exit point on the map, the game will offer you to sell the entire cargo. After confirming, you will receive instant payments for the products and see how much each category of goods brought in and how much it cost to rent the train.
If you don't want to sell the cargo right away, you can leave the train on the map and unload the products later. In other words, you can use it as a regular storage facility. After all, sometimes there isn't always an elevator for a certain crop.
There is a rental fee for using the train, but if the volumes of materials being transported are very large, the costs will be justified.
