- AI stopped from planting Cotton, Sorghum, Sunflowers and Long grain Rice however you can plant these crop types if you wish.

- Traffic splines in difficulty regions have been modified.
- All walls surrounding fields and farms may now be sold if you own the property on which they stand.
- Twenty-five collectibles have been added.
- Collectibles have higher value.
- Traffic spline installed across bridges to prevent AI from driving off them.
- A placeable wall type has been introduced.
- Several additional placeable sheds have been added.
- All new fill kinds are now available for purchase in the Warehouse.
- All new fill kinds come with set prices.
- The Potato Factory has created a recipe for potato chips using soybean oil.
- New buyable plots have been added to boost customisation choices and allow for new ways to play the game.
- All residences have apple trees that may be chopped down to eliminate the houses, walls, and other structures.
