• Active in the community: Recognized by other players and involved in the community.
• Personal qualities: organization, responsibility, willingness to help others and work in a team.
• Experience in organizing events: not required, but can play to your advantage.
• No large audience required: reach is not important, but experience in community activism is an important advantage.
• Mobility: ability to travel around your country if necessary.
