Giant Software continues to impress us with new equipment additions in Farming Simulator 25. This time, they’ve announced that new MacDon equipment will be included in the game. This was revealed in a trailer published on the game's official YouTube channel.

What’s included in the MacDon Pack?

For Farming Simulator 25, MacDon will be available in two versions:

• Pre-order Bonus – An exclusive offer for players who purchase the game through platforms like Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, or directly from Giants Software.

• Base Version – The FD 250 Flex Draper will be included in the main game.

If you’ve purchased the physical Collector’s Edition, you’ll also get access to MacDon equipment. This is an important note for those who prefer collecting special editions, so keep that in mind when purchasing the game.

Equipment available in the pack Let’s take a closer look at the agricultural machinery and tools that will be available in the MacDon pack. It’s worth noting right off the bat that this pack is quite impressive and includes many unique and interesting tools for fieldwork, helping not only to boost yield but also to significantly simplify all farming tasks.

MacDon M1240 Windrower

This powerful windrower, equipped with a 173 - 262 hp engine, will allow you to easily operate the DX140 header, with which it shows impressive efficiency. One of its key features is that the operator can rotate the seat into a field position to work in reverse, making the machine incredibly convenient for working on large fields.

The M1240 can operate at speeds of up to 45 km/h, greatly speeding up the harvesting process.

DX140 XL Header

This wide header, with a working width of 12.2 meters, is designed for efficient harvesting of crops like barley—its main focus. It neatly places the crop into a windrow between the windrower’s wheels, making it ideal for large areas. This tool will help you efficiently collect crops from fields of any size and shape. If barley farming is your priority, the DX140 XL paired with the MacDon M1240 is exactly what you need!

FD140 FlexDraper Mower

This flexible mower is designed to work with Case IH and New Holland combines. It has a unique design that allows it to operate on uneven terrain, ensuring maximum efficiency even when harvesting difficult crops such as long-grain rice. The working width of this tool is 12.5 meters, making the harvesting process both engaging and efficient.

R216 SP Rotary Disc Mower

The R216 SP is compatible with the M1240 and boasts a working width of 5 meters. This machine is great for mowing large areas of hay and is ideal for farmers who need to handle high volumes of work quickly.

One thing to note is that this mower requires powerful machinery with at least a 230 hp engine. Less powerful equipment might not be able to handle it, significantly reducing the efficiency of your work. Be sure to consider this before purchasing the R216 SP.

PW8 Pickup Header

This innovative pickup header makes the process of windrowing and gathering crops even easier. It’s an upgraded version of equipment that first appeared in Farming Simulator 22, now fully branded as MacDon. The PW8 header has a width of 5.7 meters. The power requirements for the equipment have not yet been specified.

When will the MacDon Pack be released? The MacDon Pack will be available for Farming Simulator 25 on November 12. You can order it on the official game website in the “DLC” section.
