1️st Diablo Gangs The First Gangs is the Diablo Gangs. 
The Diablo Gangs will come in Diablo Stallion Cars. 
You have seen that Diablo Stallion Cars are Black in Colour and have Fire Symbols on them. 
That fire design represents the Diablo Gang. 
The Diablo Gangs will arrive near Claude Speed, and their Leader is El Burro, who is the Leader of the Diablo Gangs. GTA III Leader: El Burro. GTA Liberty City Stories Leader: El Burro. 

2️nd Yakuza Gangs The Second Gangs is the Yakuza Gangs. 
The Yakuza Gangs will also come near Claude Speed. The Yakuza Gangs has Four Leaders: GTA III Leaders: Kenji Kasen. Asuka Kasen. GTA Liberty City Stories Leaders: Kazuki Kasen. Toshiko Kasen. 

3️rd Leone Gangs The Third Gangs is the Leone Gangs. 
The Leader of the Leone Gangs is Don Salvatore Leone. GTA III Leader: Salvatore Leone. Underboss: Toni Ciprani. GTA Liberty City Stories Leader: Salvatore Leone. Capo: Toni Ciprani Vincenzo Chilli 

4️th Yardies Gangs The Fourth Gangs is the Yardies Gangs. 
The Leader of the Yardies Gangs is King Courtney. 
GTA III Leader: King Courtney. GTA Liberty City Stories Leader: King Courtney. 

5️th Colombian Cartel Gangs The Fifth Gangs is the Colombian Cartel Gangs. 
This Gang has Three Leaders: GTA III Leaders: Miguel. Catalina. GTA Liberty City Stories Leader: Cisco. Member: Miguel. 

6️th Southside Hoods (Red) The Sixth Gangs is the Southside Hoods, who wear Red-Colored Clothes. 
They will arrive near Claude Speed in Rumpo Vans. 
GTA III Red Southside Hoods Leader: Leader Name: D-Ice. GTA Liberty City Stories Red/Purple Southside Hoods Leader: Leader Name: D-Ice. 

7️th Southside Hoods (Purple) The Seventh Gangs is also Southside Hoods, but they wear Purple-Colored Clothes. 
They will also come in Rumpo Vans. 
The Vans are the same, but the Characters and Clothes Are Different, which is why these are counted as separate Gangs. 
Their Leaders Are Different Too, but I don’t know Maybe the names of the Leaders of these Two Southside Hoods Gangs. 
GTA III Purple Southside Hoods Leader: Unknown. GTA Liberty City Stories Red/Purple Southside Hoods Leader: Leader Name: D-Ice.

Now, you might be curious about the 8th, 9th, and 10th Gangs. 8️th Triads Gangs The Eighth Gangs is the Triads Gangs. 
The Triads Gangs will come near Claude Speed in their Vans. 
Even I don’t know Maybe the exact Leader of the Triads Gangs. 
GTA III Leader: 3 Warlords. GTA Liberty City Stories Leader: Unnamed. 

9️th Black Forelli Gangs The Ninth Gangs is the Black Forelli Gangs, also known as the Sonny Forelli Gangs. 
This is the Forelli Gangs, and its Leader is Mike Forelli. 
GTA Liberty City Stories Leader: Forelli Leader Name: Franco Forelli. 
GTA III Leader: Forelli Leader Name: Mike Forelli. 

And finally, the Last 10th Bank Gangs The Tenth Gangs—the one everyone is eagerly waiting for—is the Petrol Investment Groups. 
They will arrive near Claude Speed in Bank Vehicles. 
This is the most awaited Gangs, and this is the Tenth Gangs of the Mod. 
You can also call the Bank Gangs Vans the Petrol Investment Group Gangs you can use either name as you like.
