This is a simple but very useful modification for GTA 3, which replaces all the standard textures of the game with higher quality HD versions.
In addition, the mod replaces the standard soundtrack, sounds and music and different effects for better quality.
That is, all textures of buildings, transportation, characters and in general the entire terrain in the game will be replaced by HD textures. The same applies to all audio.
