The Resourcer
This mod brings industrial-style automation to the valley. You handle the manual work and harvesting while buildings generate resources over time.
Overview
– Adds 3 new buildings that produce resources based on level and probability
– Buildings are built and upgraded at Robin’s shop
– Only one building of each type can exist at a time until fully upgraded
– Each building type can be built up to 3 times per farm
– Production happens every 30 in-game minutes and continues at night
– Multiple resources can be generated in the same cycle
– Barn reference size: 7x4 tiles
Buildings
The Quarry
– Automated mining building
– Max 3 per farm
– Must reach level 12 before building another
– Size: 7x3
– Global rule: 0.2% base chance per level to generate rare minerals
The Sawmill
– Automated wood production facility
– Max 3 per farm
– Must reach level 5 before building another
– Size: 6x3
– Global rule:
– 0.3% per level chance to drop tree seeds (Maple, Oak, Pine, Mahogany)
– 0.1% per level chance to drop mushroom seed
The Composter
– Converts organic materials into resources over time
– Max 3 per farm
– Must reach level 5 before building another
– Size: 5x3
– Weather and season effects:
– Rain or storm: +5% production chance
– Winter: -10% production rate
Additional notes
– Building costs scale with game progression
– Structures take significant farm space, planning is required
– Mod supports translations without permission
– Translations can be shared or submitted to the author for integration
