You search for res_mods folder in wot directory, then paste the folder into the latest version. Make sure you have a folder named vehicles in that version and the country's name after it too, should look like: res_mods/version (1.14.0.1 rn)/vehicles/british/ (here's your current tank's folder.)
!IMPORTANT! After every update your skin disappears, you have to paste the vehicles folder into new version's folder and restart your game after to make it work!
